With a career spanning over 27 years in Dubai and Abu Dhabi and a BSc degree in Engineering and a Master’s Degree in International Business, AbdulRahman leads the implementation of Idama’s strategic, business and operational plans. His responsibilities include increasing organizational growth and geographic expansion. He has led major developments including Culture Village, Business Bay, JBR Projects, Dubai Wharf and many more. AbdulRahman is responsible of establishing Idama as a Total Facilities Management provider and aligning the business unit to Ejadah’s overall vision, mission and strategy.
Abdul Baqi has more than 25 years of experience in various industries with focus on Facility Management. An electro mechanical engineer by profession, Abdul Baqi holds a master in Engineering specialising in electrical and electronics. Some of his responsibilities in Idama include defining, developing, executing and managing the strategy of residential communities. He also manages the financial, business planning and development of commercial engagement model.
Walid Ibrahim Kalantar joins Idama as Director – Business Development after serving as Security Superintendent at TECOM, where he had been working since 2001. One of his many achievements at TECOM was expanding DSG revenue by 50%. He has also expanded the business portfolio to includes prominent landmark in UAE. Mr.Kalantar has a Management degree from Cranfield School of management, Dubai, UAE. He is also expert in managing, training and developing various institutions. Been instrumental in achieving ISO 9001: 2008
Ahmad manages Idama operations including resource utilization for the maintenance of the built environment ensuring the delivery of contract obligations as per SLA and KPIs. With a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, MSc in Engineering Management and over 9 years of experience in building projects and facilities management, Ahmad handles all activities involving resource planning, business development and coordination with internal departments.
Khalid Al Gergawi leads the management of Client Relations within designated Idama customer accounts throughout a cross-section of community types. Khalid ensures seamless operations for managed communities and implements contract policies, processes and procedures for seamless on-site operations. Khalid has been in the company since 2007 and has more than 25 years of experience in various industries, including Security and Aviation
A mechanical engineer with over 9 years of experience in facility and property management, Khalid also also has extensive experience in construction and MEP projects in the UAE and GCC. He oversees the strategic, financial and operational Facility Management Operations of more than 100 clients within the communities.
